You might want to verify this with your dealer to be sure the 2002 and 2004 use the same paint code, but the paint color code for my 2004 Italian...

If the PCV is compatible with the 2003 model year, it certainly does seem to have a lot more features.

A similar(?) sound on my 2004 at about 35,000 miles turned out to be a cam chain tensioner.
It's pretty well covered in the owner's manual.
