does the clutch master cylinder have any fuild in it? try bleeding the system if that does it help you might have to pull the side cover and check...
those stock shock where junkl from the factory i would recommend you contact jamie daughtery.. theres no use in replace the shock with another...

the stock radiator fans are junk in my opion, bulky doesnt flow much air i would say find a newer style fan and adapt it to fit on the radiator.
