I use Shell Rotella oil in my VFR. Ive used it for quite some time now and the bike seems to like that alot better than the Honda oil.

I wish I could edit my post... If your plugs are ok, It defiantly sounds like something to do with your fuel/air mixture and maybe its flooding...
