    Clutch slipping around 7-8k revs

    Some say to soak for an hour or two, others say overnight. Might as well do it overnight, that's what I did.

    I ordered the clutch plates from Partzilla and ended up doing the job myself. New clutch works like a charm.

    Thanks, I will do that as well. I have a buddy who is pretty good mechanically, so he will be "assisting" me with the work on the bike.

    I just picked up a 1993 VFR750 today. Love the bike already. I noticed the clutch slippage around 7000-9000 rpm as well when accelerating hard...
