    I dont know if this helps but I have a 84 vf1000f and my fuel line runs to the left side of the fuel rail witch all 4 carbs are connected to you...

    84 vf1000f sparks after starter stops cranking over

    i had that issue a year ago then the motor started spiting and sputering running then black smoke started pouring out the exaust and it would try...

    it has about a 2sec delay then then it sounds like a shot gun please help
