Well only seen red on red....

I will say the side that does not open is black, so you only have to paint 1/2 of it. the black may tie it in but i doubt it will look right. I may be tempted to go white or black.

I've a set of blue ones for my RWB 07. I'm not sure if it's what you're after...but I don't think the 07 red will in any way match the RWB models. I'd plan on painting.

BTW you'll love 'em. They're contoured to fit the bike without looking excessively wide like some set ups I've seen. And they hold about as much as my ST1100 bags, including easily fitting my Shoei helmet.

If you're going to paint them DO NOT rub through the clear coat, just key the clear coat up and then paint over the top of it. If you rub through the clear coat the paint underneath bleeds into the new colour. This is especially true if you are doing a complete colour change, such as red to blue.

Thanks Guys but a local Dealer just happen to have a 07 in red I got to see in the flesh today and beleve it or not the red is going to be very close to the decal on the 25th. So by the time I splash a white and blue stripe across them they should match pretty close! As for the painting tip thanks I have a first rate painter who has been painting for 20+ years so no worries there.
