I need to know how much fork oil I need for my forks. I heard it differs between left and right. Also I got pro moly fork seals but my bike has been sitting and I just realized that my wiper seals are dry rotted. They still wipe okay but they look bad any sites or suggestions on those?
My manual for my 83 says 360cc / 12.2 oz right and 380cc /12.8 oz left because I have the anti dive valve on the left fork. Does the 87 have that too? Not hard to change the top "Dust seals" as Honda calls them, but still require removing fork. I just rebuilt mine and the "Felt Seal" in-between the Dust Seal and the main seal is no longer available, (just a strip of felt that can be inserted any time). Got my kit from Partzilla with both seals.
