1990 Honda VFR750F $4000
15,908 original miles, may increase slightly as I take it out occasionally. Just over 100 miles since restoration. I am the 3rd owner and have had this bike since 1997. It’s a great bike, a classic really. I would love to keep it but need to make room in the garage. Clean title in my name.
Sale includes original seat cowl, original owner’s manual, original tool kit, factory center stand, Haynes shop manual.
modifications: Fox TC shock, euro-spec turn signals, Thurn carbon fiber front fender, gen 5 mirrors, Remus carbon high mount slip-on.
Restored every system in 2024 using OEM parts whenever possible:
FUEL: new genuine K&L fuel pump, new OEM fuel pump relay, petcock rebuild, new fuel lines
CARBS: Cleaned & rebuilt with all new FKM (ethanol resistant) o-rings, new Tourmax carb boots, adjusted and synced carbs, new Venhill throttle cables, new Uni air filter
ENGINE: checked valve clearance (all in spec), new OEM valve cover gaskets, sandblast and painted exhaust, new chain, PAIR delete, fresh oil and filter
COOLANT SYSTEM: all new AS3 hoses, new o-rings, new thermostat, cleaned all fittings, flushed and new coolant
ELECTRICS: new genuine Shindengen MOSFET reg/rec, replaced harness and CDI, checked/ cleaned all connections, checked charging system (all in spec)
BRAKES: rebuilt front master and calipers, rebuilt rear master and caliper, stainless braided brake lines F&R
CLUTCH: Rebuilt master, stainless braided clutch line
CHASSIS: new fork seals, cleaned and lubed steering head bearings, new OEM grips, new OEM rear hub bearings, new cush drive, sandblast and paint front and rear subframes, endless painting and polishing of small parts
WHEELS: New wheel bearings, fresh powder coat both wheels, new tires, new Ariete valves
