1994 Coolant change/no coolant when draining cylinder jacket

    When performing a coolant flush on my 94, no coolant drained from the cylinder jacket.
    I filled with water to flush, but even with running it up to operating temp NO Water with plugs removed.
    Does anyone know why.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    stick a wire through the hole. debris may have clogged it.

    blocked holes=very dirty cooling system. flush with a garden hose.
