1996 VFR750 w/ slip on: any benefit from nedle shimming?

    needle shimming, I mean

    I have turned my fuel screws to 3.25 turns out and added one small shim under my needles on my wonderful 96 VFR california emissions bike. The only mod is a two bros high mount slip on.

    should I return to the stock jetting? I think it may be rich now.
