1998 VFR 800 steering head bearings

    Hi

    Just joined vfr world and am in the process of VFR800 major service including steering head bearings and wondered if anyone knows the torque setting for the yoke nut and if is there a tool for tightening the yoke bearings or do we rely on hammer & punch?
