1999 PCV issues with antilocking brakes

I just had some work done on my 1999 VFR. I replaced my old rubber lines with new weaved brake lines. Well it looks as though I have a bad PCV on the antilock brakes. Has any ever had to replace this? Is it better that I get rid of the antilock brakes. I've been riding for quite some time and I prefer to letting my mind handle the bike that a computer chip. I'm looking for suggests and comments.

Is this a recalled item? When looking at the parts catalog it lists several serial numbers.
