I want to replace the stock windscreen with a Puig but I am hesitant due to the pain in the ass factor. If you have replaced your stock screen please let me know the process and how long it took you.

Took me 5 Minutes. Its very simple. I plan on making a How-To for it. Simply remove the plastic above your gauges, 2 screws, pull. I removed mine and painted the inside of the screen gloss black. I love the look and height of the stock shield and could not find a replacement that was the same or smaller without spending $150+ after shipping. This cost me a whooping $5.00 in paint and tape.

Agree - so simple, a 5mm hex key and 5min. Don't lose the delrin washers and don't over tighten when you reinstall the shield.
