Saw 300 today. I liked it. A bit artistic. Muted color, slow motion, snapshots resembling paintings. Different but the same. Not for children, but definitely for those of you who enjoyed Gladiator or similar.

GREAT MOVIE! Bloody, graphic, brilliant portrayal of individual characters, similar in many artistic ways to Sin City. DEFINITELY GO SEE!

Wow man I saw it earlier today, and it was pretty badass!!!
All the crap about the guy's wife and the politics and stuff was not neccesary though, and it wasn't in the book either. It was just pure testosterone and war and awesomeness.

One thing I did notice about the movie is that I felt like a complete slob when I left. Those dudes were ripped to shreds. I don't know if I could ever be in that good of shape. Oh, it was kinda funny that they had big full beards and shaved chests, I thought.

I got to see it a couple nights ago. One of the best movies I have seen in along time. I wish it were longer though it didn't feel like a 2hr movie. That is the first movie that me and the wife have gone to in about a year. funny how having a rug rat will change little things like that.

Sounds cool. I can't go see it if it offends the Persians though:pound:

If you guys like this type of flick try the latest rendition of King Arthur Director's cut. Great action footage, likable characters and the most believable storyline IMO of the wonderful epic.

gotta love tombstone. I use " I'm your huckleberry. " all the time at work when the boss asks if I can do something for her. I noticed your quote from Doc a couple days ago when I was reading email... I love westerns. I also like unforgiven. good bad, ugly, etc...
