No part kits are for this model/k&L dont make em (aftermarket company). Anyway you can buy all the parts seperately at y0uR loco HoNdA stealership. Prices will vary depending on your relationship with the paarts person. I got some float needles for my gen 3 bike a while ago, but the damn thing is riding so nice, I dont wana start monkeying around with em. Still I got em and there they sit in my tool box. Cheers. btw,,,Gen three bike is the best looking viffer in my opinion.

I looked for a while too, when I wanted to rebuild me gen 3 carbs but never found the kit. Gaskets came in a package, ended up cleaning out jets and carb body with good sucess. GET NEW CARB BOOTS and the install will be a LOT easier.

Mine had around 20k when the carbs were pulled. Here is the part number 16211-MT4-000 for the carb insulators. Ten bucks each x 4 + shipping. Pretty slow process to get OEM parts, I've been using cheapcycleparts.com for my VFR, seems cheapest, usually ten business days for parts to arrive.

The kit is #1 in the "Carburetor Comp" at Al Lambs Dallas Honda: *Click* and runs $42.71 ea.

    16010-MT4-000

Also there's a kit for all the crossover tubes and whatnot, #7 in the "carb assembly" section (that one's $36.35)

I dont ever recall pulling carbs apart to repalce anything in the crossover tubes. Did re-rack some inline fours a while ago. Thanks for the info, my bike has over 70,000 and I never pulled the carbs, did some little services for the fuel mixture screws but did it with them on the bike.

Yeah I saw those. I was trying to find non OEM. Just gotta bite the bullet. The ironic thing is that I can find kits for all other years except 90-93!

Not old enough yet for the aftermarket I guess. I was surprised too at the cost when I looked up yours, for my '94 that kit is $26.09 ea... and I thought that was bad when I bought them.

I think your carbs are made of unobtainium.
