Has anyone removed the anti-lash gears on the camshaft gear wheels on a 5th gen ? Was there any noticeable change in engine output (measured on a dyno) or noise ? A search does not seem to throw up anything relevant. Any info greatly appreciated. Thanks Mohawk.
No technical data but have seen a couple that have failed on a single cam and were noisy, all four would sound like a box of marbles I am guessing. May have better luck on the VTR forum with this question.
