84 Intercepto Cross over parts

    Hello everyone,
    picked up a 84 VF1000 on the weekend. It is missing a few items but looks to be generaly in good condition. I'm new to this bike and this forum.
    There are lots of parts forsale for the 85-86 VF500 and VF750's. Do most of the parts from these bikes fit the VF1000? I need seat, clutch and brake levers, CDI box and a couple other general parts.
