    Hi everyone,
I have a 86 vf 500 That is in the process of installing the rear head back on to the engine. The problem I keep having is that the Cam markings to the T-1 mark is like a 16 to 1/8 off. Past the T-1 mark.

Dose anyone know how much the flywheel will move if I change one tooth on the sprockets..

I did have the front cyl off a year ago and could have missed aligned it then...It ran really good so I didn't even look at the timing with a timing light..

I think I'm one tooth off on all the cams.

I read someones post about cam a 1/2 a tooth off? Can't seem to find it again..
Thanks for the advice and help...
