91 to 94 motor swap

will a 91 motor fit into a 94 frame? do i need to do anything special?....have a 15k motor i want to put into a 94 with 35k

 

me thinks that the motor mounts are different. They are different frames as you know...kinda cheaped out with the fourth gen by deleting the aluminum duct in the frame and instead incorporated it into the plastics. gud luck.

 

Pretty sure it's not doable, looking through the shop manual for both shows a lot of little things different.

 

I am very curious to know myself. Have seen this question asked too many times. They do look alot alike. Would like to say I would be suprised if they would swap but Honda changed very little aside from body work from gen to gen. Let us know your path please.

 

What's wrong with the 35K motor btw?
