98 VFR800 turn signal headlight malfunction

Ok heres the deal.. When i have my head lights off my front blinkers work great when i turn my running light on my blinkers work great when i turn the head lights on the front right side blinker stops working. i pulled all the plastic off my bike today and checked all the connections under the front dash to make sure non where corroded and checked the plugs to both my head lights and both of my front blinkers all the wires where securely in place and no corrosion . i need to buy a new multi meter so thats where my search ended. Has anyone else had this issue and or someone with a good knowledge base on the vfr electrical system that can point me in the right direction.

Ok after reading through some of the other forums i keep hearing about an orange plug under my seat that has a bunch of grounds that are known to come loose i will search for it tomorrow and check it. in case i am just tired and chasing something that would not be it at all please let me know. I have a tendancey to make more work for myself than i need.
