Folks, what are the options for either a full system or a slip on for the 06 800? I'mfinding either a Two Bros or a Scorpion. Appreciate your input.

Honestly, the looks alone of the stock exhaust system are better than any aftermarket pipes but looks are subjective. On top of that it sounds pretty tough IMO, like the low growl. I just bought my bike used. It was between a white 2006 and a red 2007. The white had the stock exhaust, didn't even go look at the 2007. My bike also came with the OEM Honda trunk and side cases so yea, that came into play as well.

Either way, don't sweat the small stuff, just ride it.

I think the stock exhaust sounds like poop and weights a metric shit tonne.

There is better looking and sounding aftermarket exhaust out there, Six.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder Jeff.

I haven't researched aftermarket pipes extensively but I like the looks of the stock exhaust because it looks purpose built to me. Best way I can describe it. And I know you're right regarding weight. Shocking how much they weigh.

Unless you replace the entire exhaust system and get rid of the cat (expensive), you're not going to see much difference in performance. So if you want something that sounds good, looks nice, and saves weight without breaking the bank, go for a Delkevic system.

I loved the stock look of the 6th gen exhaust. Well designed, nice angles with the 4 holes& v-shape. Perfect match for the v-4.
Too bad it's too quite and does not let the v-4 growl like it should, IMO.
Many options for aftermarket exhausts but expensive win the exception of delkevic. I'd look for used ones or if you like stock, get a spare one degut it for more noise.
