    Hey Vffrs,
Here are a few pics of my '99 vfr:
I just added the new air horn today, took 2hrs. A lot of folks use Stebal air horn but i found this one in Northern tool dist. for $39.99, and they are Identical. Very LOUD hi pitch dual air horn.
I found the install pics on Honda VFR Club - powered by vBulletin
The horn fits perfectly right above left radiator. I made a bracket to mount to Coil brkt and voila. You do have to mount the relay too cause the horn draws 20 amps.
I also mounted an extra Escort 8500 on a ram mount on fr gas tank bolts and hard wired it in. Look above the dash and you will see pic of red led block, it is hooked up to Escort speaker plug and they lite up very brightly and work great in day or nite.
The windscreen is double bubble, love it.
In winter, I also add a laminar lip to windscreen and it lifts cold air over helmet. In summer it's off for more helmet air.
I wrapped the grips in tennis racket gel wrap. They are gel, sticky back and increase size of grip as well as now it is a gel, very easy on the hands.
I put in a k&n filter and a vance and hines slipon and it screams now.
I installed a 2006 cbr F4I rear shock w nitrogen cartridge. I had to add 1" to top shock brkt but it made a HUGE difference.
Now I use it for working and get 45 mpg.
Last weekend I had it up to 153mph and it was happy. So was I.

    Hey, that's awesome!

I've ordered from Northern Tool before. What is the part # for that air horn? And, just how loud is it? (got a sound clip?)

Good job on the fuzz buster LEDs, too. Now I have an idea for what to do with the extra light in my I.P.

The air horns are freaking loud. I installed one on a Ducati ST-4s and it was rediculous.
