Anyone have 1st hand experience with these boots? The design seems thoughtful, if it will only hold up its integrity. What about sizing? Do you find them the same as tennis shoes? I like the heel area on the bottom sole, so as to kinda chock your foot on the pegs. I read the reviews but I don't trust advertising, I want to hear it here from real riders, anyone? Thanks! I ended up getting a new pair of these and the lace system works GREAT. The little knob on the back looks kinda goofy but it's a breeze taking these on/off. They feel between a sneaker and a boot. They were stiff 1st time on but have gotten softer as they get broken in. As for riding, they have a great platform on top of the toe area for shifting 'n such. The sizes don't come in 1/2's so I got a size 13, has a little room left for thick or double socks for winter riding. I paid $99.00 plus shipping from Competition Accessories. So far so good, time will tell how the lace system holds up. I would buy again though.

I had a pair of north face hiking boots w/ that lacing system it works great, the boots wore out before the lace system did.
The only down fall is you catch the knob going down stairs.

I have em, and love em. They're super convenient, and the lacing system is like something out of back to the future. They're far more comfortable to walk around in than other boots, though I do kind of wish they went further up my ankle.

All in all, big thumbs up.
