I have a Bagster tank bag for sale that is in New condition, but purchased in 2014. Only used a few times. It can be attached to a Bagster tank cover. The person that bought my 2014 Honda VFR 800 wanted only the Bagster tank cover and not the tank bag. It probably can be attached without the tank cover using some straps and may fit other bikes.

The dimensions in one of the photos are 39 cm x 30 cm x 18 cm, which is 15 in x 12 in x 7 in. My own measurements are: 16.5 in x 13 in x 7 in.
There are 4 inches of vertical expansion when unzipped. Has a clear plastic rain cover.
