even if DMVs were open on Sundays there'd have been no riding yesterday or today. rainouts suck. and being that its 100% different from the cruiser im coming from - it's not gonna see rainy roads yet :) DMV today. Ride tonite if the rain lets up and things dry out by the end of the day! If not - definitely tomorrow :)

aww cmon, a shadow 750 is only 50 cc less than a VFR. it should be about the same, right?

Haha, I rode my sister's Magna 750 V4 a few times.... just about half the displacement of my 1300 and it moved like all hell broke loose. Even that wasn't anywhere close to riding the VFR! Tooootally different machines.

On the way home the day I bought the VFR I couldn't understand why the bike wouldn't hold speed if I took my hand off the throttle.... then I realized how far back the pegs were and took my foot off the rear brake  :frusty:

...and yes, tmyoungjr, I replaced all the brakes/fluid and didn't hurt anything ;)

One more day at work, then maybe I'll put a couple miles on mine. My schedule has been really weird lately. I think the VFR and I may go to the beach.
