California Fuel Tank

    So I'm knee deep in the resto-mod of a 1984 700F. Anyways the carbs were shot so I bought a set from a non-california 83 or 84 off eBay. Well the 84 tank has some vacuum operated valve inside for the purge system. Is there anything I need and can do to bypass this or do I even need to do anything?
