Hello. As many others, I have dropped my chain wear indicator label, somewhere along the road ;)
Can anyone please tell me the exact distance (in mm) from the front of the cover to the NEW and REPLACE marking? Thanks :)

I can't help you with the label, but I go by several factors to determine when it is time to replace my chain. I had an aftermarket chain guard so I could not use the gauge anyways. Plus, if you swapped gearing around like me, that gauge is useless as well.

If the adjustment is bottomed out (obviously) or close to and the chain is barely tight enough, or not at all.

How much the chain pulls off of the teeth of the rear sprocket?

How many major kinks it has? Is it really noisy and jumping/popping when running on the centerstand? I usually put it on the centerstand, run it, and watch and listen for how it behaves.

If I have been having to adjust it much more frequently, and especially if I can adjust it on one side, but cannot adjust other side properly without making the first side too tight.

How much the links move side to side (roller pins wearing allows this)?

You can also measure the change in pitch (pin to pin) over multiple pins to see how much it has lengthened. I think the allowance is in the 2.5% range, but don't quote me on that.

I normally replace the chain and sprockets as a set.

Again, this is what I do. I routinely got around 30k out of a chain, but I took good care of them.

Damn, the photo didn't upload plus I realized you're asking about 5 gen. On the 6 gen it's 50 and 55 mm

If you're trying to replace the sticker to keep it standard it's fine.
But if you want to replace it to check your chain, you are better off learning how to properly check a chain instead.
The sticker is just a guide, and not a very accurate one at that.
I've never even looked at mine as I think I can do a much better job.
Plus it's useless now that I have a larger rear sprocket.
