i put a new(salvaged) clutch master cylinder on my 93. no matter how much i bleed the thing i cant get it to work. anybody got a idea?
Try it on the bench without a line attached first. Ya gotta jiggle the lever to shake some air bubbles out before you get air free pump strokes. You are priming the master this way. Then its a matter of doing them same when its connected to the system. However, air bubbles are sometimes reluctant to travel downhill against gravity. Heres where a MI T VAC suction brake bleeder comes in.......it sucks the fluid down from the master through the bleeder screw. it solves most tricky bubble issues.
