I noticed when I bought the bike that the clutch switch wasn't engaging. I couldn't hear it clicking. I was ordering a bunch of OEM parts so I ordered another one.

When it came in and I removed the lever and the old clutch switch I noticed that I could press the switch in and it clicked fine. The problem was the stock lever wasn't making contact with it.

I tried an aftermarket lever and the same thing.

Both the aftermarket and the OEM levers look identical and are free of any damage.

Installed the new clutch switch and same thing. It's not making contact.

I'm sure the switch is for my proper year.

    Anyone else experience this?

Yep. Adjust it in until it contacts the switch.

    Can you be more specific?

Do you mean adjust the position of the clutch lever using the dial? If so, I don't understand how that would help

Try it. Several of us have encountered the same issue. If I adjust my Pazzo levers out to their furthest point, it will no longer engage the switch....however, if I adjust them back in one notch, it engages it just fine.

It will take you all of 10 seconds. Try it before anything else.

Adjust it where it works for you, then if the switch still doesn't work you may need to add some material to the area that the switch contacts. Some guys have used JBWeld, but whatever works.
