Color matching across color code standards.

Trying to get matching crash bars for my 05 VFR800 but the company is based in Poland and uses RAL standard for color. The paint the guy used for my bike is a Nissan based paint. Nissan EAH to be exact.

Trying to find if there’s a way to convert the Nissan EAH code to RAL or at least get the closest.

Found this website that will get you the closest matching paint across standards but I don’t know what the U.S. car paint standard is. Any help is appreciated.
