I received a Condor Pit Stop as a Christmas present from my wife yesterday. What a great gift. I 've got to say, this thing securely holds my 86 in place. I'm impressed. I'm not sure if anyone here is using one of these yet, but I can attest it's a quality piece of hardware and does the job well. It does not move when you roll the bike into the cradle, and it confidently holds the bike in place. I'm about to pull the bike apart for reconditioning and this stand is a big help. I have 3 of them !
One on each lift and they are the best in my opinion.
    Your wife is awesome!

Looks like a quality kit. I like my Baxley. Used for many a track day. Very similar in construction and design. It looks like you have more adjustability then my Baxley with the wheel cradles, very cool.

Your garage is too clean. You need moto parts strewn about. ;)

Give it a week once the tear down begins. They'll be parts everywhere LOL

The carbs are in that box in the last pic. Getting ready to have them rebuilt.

Carbs came off last month, tank was cleaned as well. I got sidetracked through December with all the Christmas activities we had going on so I just put the tank, seat, and fairings back on until I got time to finish the tear down. Now that the holiday activities are mostly done, I'll get back into it. Carbs will go out this week. Then brake/clutch systems will get torn down and rebuilt. After that, new tires and fork tube rebuild. I'm looking forward to working on it. A nice winter project.

Nice Xmas present. They are very nice and work surprisingly good.

I've had the opportunity to use them a few times and sold a home-made bike lift with one installed as the front wheel chock. I would have kept the whole lift but it was BIG, heavy and not easily moveable. A Boeing Engineer designed and built it for his Harley.

    Congratulations.......very nice Christmas gift, PT!

My neighbor, who owns over 60 vintage motorcycles, uses and swears by them. Said they are the best you can get.

Damn - your garage should be featured in Architectural Digest or something....lol......I'm jelly!!!

Good luck with the work on your RC24.......would really enjoy any progress reports you'd want to share.

    Cheers!
    Baz

Thanks Baz. I custom built the house last year after we moved south from NY. The 4-car garage was an important part of the design. Got to keep the toys happy under one roof.

I'll post some pics as a go through the bike. I'm sure I'll be here quite a bit during the process asking for advice. Great group of knowledgeable people here. And a ton of info here as well.
