    Hello all,
I'm beginning a build on a street fighter for a 6th gen 2006. Bought this bike new and street fighter was not really what I had planned, but the universe had other ideas when I let someone ride it. Oh well. I've some questions this version opened up valves at 6200 rpm and does any one know, did that signal to open valves come from tach? The reason I ask is instrument cluster was one of the many items trashed and I was thinking of going to a different look.

Also anyone have any advice on where to pick up parts/kits to do street fighter stuff, headlamps, mirrors, seats that sort of thing?

    Thanks

The solenoid spool valve is operated by the ECM, which gets it's signal from the pulse generator and the ECT sensor. The sidestand switch is also in play, but I never figured out exactly why, just figured they didn't want you getting into VTEC on the sidestand :Noidea:
