I have a 6th gen Delkevic SS header on the way and initially planned on wrapping it in DEI titanium (already bought) wrap to control some of the heat but after alot of reading about associated problems with wrap like fatigue I'm having second thoughts.

I also bought Eastwood's interior coating that I understand can also be used on the exterior.

Any thoughts or experiences on using either, or even both?

Btw, JetHot... Love it, can't afford it.

    Thanks.

This seems to be a topic that has no real answer. Even extensive research finds pros and cons for every option sooo... It's go with what you feel is best.

I've decided to do interior coat and cure with O2 sensor removed, leaving the outside un-coated (I like the amber color) and installing 2 DEI titanium flexible heat shields on the rear pipes to reduce the radiant heat back there.

I'll letcha know how it works out.
