Thats what you need other than new gaskets and clamps. I would suggest getting the headers ceramic coated buy a company like jet hot. the 98-99 headers are great performance wise but they are made out of steel instead of stainless.

Haha...I already have an estimate in to Jet Hot...As for the gaskets and clamps, do I need the parts for the 5th gen, the 6th gen, or does it matter? I'm sure a trip over to cheapcycleparts.com will fix me right up...

Your auction looks fine. I've got my set of headers waiting on me to install as well, just haven't gotten the other parts to do it all at once.

I've posted about this question before and didn't get hardly any answers to it, let alone anything definitive. I know for a fact that you will need two gaskets for sure from the 98-99. These are the two gaskets where the two rear header pipes connect to the collector. After that I don't think that it will matter but I am going to use 98-99 gaskets all the way around. That includes the 4 crush gaskets where the headers mount to the engine, the two where the rear headers meet the collector, and the one where the mid pipe meets the collector.

I'm certain that the newer gaskets would work fine everywhere but the two rear header connections to the collector but this will just make it easier for me to order and I know they are meant for the headers I'll be putting on.
