Electrical problem -headlights blown tripswitch & clock resets

Hi, I,m new to the forum. I ride a 99 VFR which I have had for just over a year. My problem seems to be intermittant electrical. Right hand headlight blown replaced both bulbs. New battery. Lights always seem to go brighter with higher revs. No problem for a few months then blown right headlamp and the tripswitch and clock reset when ignition turned off. Today left headlamp blown.(low and high beam) indicators and rear tail light working. I have no idea about electrics is this a problem any one else has come across? Any help would be appreciated.
