    Hello,
I am looking at starting a new project and I want to use this bike as a donor for parts i.e. rear suspension, drivetrain. but need to know the size of the engine and tranny before I commit to buying one.

    Any help would be awesome.

    thanks
    Dom

I got a Honda shop manual for a 1998 vfr 800. Let me know exactly what you mean - Im not so literate when it comes to this kind of stuff but I bet I could find what you need in here.

I need to know how wide, tall and long the imaginary box would be to fit the engine and transmission that way I know if I can fit it inside the frame of my bike.

THank you for all the help, I hope it works, I have always loved the VFR and this would be a way to have this bike at least in spirit.
