Factory Jet kit in your VF500?

Looking to see if I can build the Factory Pro Jet kit a bit cheaper thru Sudco. Anyone got one? Would love to get:

- a scan/pdf of the instructions to see how they suggest initially setting up the needle/clip/jet

- they TYPE of needle it is, maybe a name or model number? Sudco says they can match it. but I need to know who makes it/model first. I know they have the VD jets for about $4 each, so that's good...

And yes, I called Factory and gently tried to get the info from them, but they weren't giving out that info...

 

FWIW I emailed Factory today asking if they had replacement parts. Might be another way in....

 

Generally, jetkit needles are custom made for the application and can't be purchased except in the kit.

Do some searching; stepping up the stock Honda needles with appropriate washers, along with changes using stock jets in larger size MIGHT get you 90% of what a proper jetkit would do...........that's what Jamie recommends.

 

Well Sudco can match them if I had one to measure, so they say. Cheap too.
