FI red light in VFR800 FiX coming on ...

Hi ... Greetings to you all from India ... The bike in question runs fine ... but the damn FI Red Light flashes ON when I switch on the headlights ... it goes OFF as soon as I accelerate ... it even flashes in Sync with the flashers at times ... its really unpredictable ... its been really bugging the hell out of me ... Please Help ... is it the rectifier dying ... the battery is a brand new YUASA ... The rectifier is an upgraded SH689BD ... the bike has just 9500 kms on it ... I have no starting problems or battery discharging problems ... Cheers ... Thanks in advance
