Have not ridden my 95 vfr 750 for a few months and while warming up after start fuel started pouring out of vent tube. Is there a float stuck possibly? What are my options.

Yep, I think you've diagnosed that exactly. You can try tapping the side of the carbs and hopefully dislodging a bit of crud that is sticking a float valve open. Otherwise you may need to pull the carbs and bowls off.

Drain them. Then, as they are filling, wrap on the carbs with some wood or a screwdriver handle.

Just jump the fuel pump relay so it primes when you turn the key on.

If it still spews, then you know they should come out (which they probably should anyway but this might buy you some time).

after draining float bowls you can try blowing some air into the main fuel line feeding carbs, just might dislodge some debris on float needle or seat.
