My 1996 VFR 750 FT has developed the following faults. Sometimes, after running fine for a number of miles, will run very "lumpy" with very little power and then returns to running normal. It has stopped running a number of times now, after seeming to run out of fuel, and started again after a wait of two or three minutes. I have changed the oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, fuel pump points and yet the problem persists and I'm now thinking of changing the fuel pump or relay but before I go to that expense would like to know of any tests I could try to find the faulty part. I've also heard of an after market pump which Africa Twin owners have used. Has anyone any advise?
