Headlight Problems - 84 VF500 I -Starter Switch :)

Because of the great information found here I think I have my 'no headlight' problem isolated to the starter switch shutoff circuit. I wondered if someone who has taken this assembly apart before could give me some insight into how the starter switch is removed from the right side housing to repair/relpace, and what the best replacement switch might be. Want to be careful as ..... at least it starts now Thank you.
