    In the process of getting it running. Will not stay on. I was told needs new valves, fork seals, clutch, by a mechanic. Gas tank is rusted, going to try some muriatic acid.

    Welcome. I personally couldn't tell you about the right way to go based on the info. IMHO if you were to decide with another motor, and could swing it, I'd pull that one and tear in to it to see what's what before purchasing another. What do you have to lose?
