I was over at a friends house and while we were talking, his 5yr old son picked up my helmet. His dad said put it down, and down it went, right onto the concrete driveway Scratched the piss out of it on top. Anyone here ever tried to paint a helmet? Bad thing about it, it's only about two months old...Shoei RF1000.
I haven't personally, but I used to have a friend in MI who used to paint helmets. They would just have to be properly skilled in painting fiberglass helmets without compromising the integrity of it. Look for a local, or contact Troy Lee Designs.... :smile: How bad is it scatched? That is one thing I like about mutlicolored helmets, they don't show scratches near as bad.
