Honda Master cylinder replacements

    On my 83 Honda vf750f my front brake master cylinder is done (road rash). So I am shopping for a replacement. I heard cyclewareables.com they have nice nissan master cylinders.
    I was wondering if something like this
    would work.
    Any ideas on what/where i should buy a replacement.

    I have a good used one for the 4th gen but not sure the difference.
