how many have mirror extenders?

i guess the honey moon is over, I have my first gripe about my vfr

That is no matter what I do it is pretty much impossible for me to see a car that is directly behind me, all I see are my shoulders/arms. It appears it's a common enough thing that folks get extenders if they are annoyed enough with it. I kinda like to be able to see behind me at least a little so I'm looking into it..

so just wondering who has 'em, and how happy are you with them? solved your problem or a waste of $$$.

that's a great thread, only thing is the spacers and the led light mirrors linked are no longer available.

There are two types of spacers, the delrin ones linked or aluminum anodized from a guy in Poland.
As for mirrors, those LED strips aren't all that bright. You can get mirrors with similar bases as the VFR but the hole spacing is wrong... re-use your OEM bases. This is what I did with mine.

Way brighter, and completely weather sealed. Small enough that you could wire in multiples.
