    Hello all,

Just picked up an 03 vfr 800 with 3,800 miles. Since i have been on the site I noticed that alot of the bikes here have alot more miles. The guy who sold it to me kept the bike in excellent condition just couldnt ride due to health problems. With the miles being that low what should be done to it or shoud i just break it in and enjoy the ride.

Just ride the damn thing like you stole it and get rid of those chicken strips already!!! Don't forget to check with the dealership to make sure the wiring harness recall was performed since it is one of the affected years (2002-2005) Pics of your new toy would also keep fellow members from calling you a liar LOL !!! Welcome aboard!!!

    Rollin is right.

There's plenty you can do to the 6th gen, but riding it for a season first off would be the frist thing I'd do. Then you can make an educated decision on the first mod that you'd most benefit from.

Your bike is already broken in. Just change the oil and tires, then you're good to go. Enjoy it.
