I am looking to install heated grips on my 2007 VFR. I'm looking to install the moose heaters that are installed under the existing grip. Does anyone know where the best spot to wire into is? I would like to wire into a switched connection so if the heater is left on it doesen't drain the battery. Thanks

Ignition wire or your head light plug which ever easy access.

I'm looking to install heated grips as well and the oxford ones from twistedthrottle.com caught my eye cause they can be wired directly to the battery but are designed to shut off automatically when they see a drop in battery voltage(bike stops charging when its shut off) Just an option for you, if you were interested. They replace the factory grips though.

The one's from Honda are practically plug and play. Directions are not in English. But, who reads the directions anyway. Just look at the diagram and then make your bike look the same as the picture. Piece of cake.
