Insurance on the bike

    I'm updating/revising all of my wife's and mine insurance policies for home and vehicles. I found in the vehicle section the amount they pay for medical. In the auto they will pay $5000 if not wearing a seat belt and $10,000 if you are! It's the same for motorcycle $5k without helmet and 10k with helmet. There is other insurance for major medical.

    That's the first time I've seen a penalty for being stupid! No belts or helmets is stupid to me. I think that's great kind of. It infers if you don't use the safety equipment we are not going to pay much for your stupidity.

    Anybody else have this type of insurance? I wonder if the HD crowds are aware of this?
