Tech3 Yamaha today announced their 2010 rider line up for MotoGP. After all of the rumors and conjecture, it has been confirmed that Ben Spies will be the second rider on the Tech3 squad for 2010, Colin Edwards has also been re-signed to the team for 2010, so the Texas Tornado and the Texas Terror will make up an all American lineup for Tech3 in 2010. It still hasn't been confirmed, but I'm sure Tom houseworth will be joining Spies at Tech3. This is the most American MotoGP team since the failed attempts of Team Roberts. As rumored, the decision by Yamaha and Spies to move to MotoGP, opens the door for James Toseland to return to to the WSBK paddock taking over the seat vacated by Spies at Yamaha Italia. My take is that the Yamaha Italia WSBK will be comprised of James Toseland and either Cal Crutchlow or Leon Camier.
Yes, my friend, even if Haga wins the WSBK Cahmpionship. The announcement was made today in Portugal. No matter what happens this year in WSBK, it's an All American rider lineup for Tech3 in 2010. Clickety-Click: Spies to join Edwards at Tech 3 in 2010 | The Official MotoGP Website This message also confirms that Houseworth and Greg Wood (Spies Mechanic) will be joining Spies at Tech3. 2010 is going to be pretty exciting for the american MotoGP fans.
well then with Marco SIMONCELLI and the other 250 guys comming up to Moto GP ranks ( Simoncelli with his outstanding ride in WSBK last race ) 2010 looks to be a great season for us race fans.
Just announced at MotoMatters.com: Toseland and Crutchlow will be the Yamaha Italia WSBK team for 2010.
That's why I got mine through my States inter library loan program. Go to your local library and see if they can fetch a copy. You once said you love the mentality of a racer. Dude, thats all the book really is brother. It is total insight into how Kenny Roberts thinks when it comes to racing and other things LOL! Trust me on my book recommendations. Brother VFourBear can vouch for me on this:biggrin: BZ
I would not have known that a paperback copy of the book was available on amazon....had I not started looking into getting a copy.....
