Looking for...

..whatever part it is that holds down the optional passenger seat cover on a 1984 700. The guy that had the bike had a lock cylinder in the seat cover but there's nothing to attach it to on the origninal hole on the bike. Now the rear fairing just has a hole where I can reach through and pop the seat bracket. But nothing to hold the cover down. Any ideas? Maybe I'll just post pics later to show you what I'm talking about.

 

I don't have any exp with the seat cover you're talking about, but it sounds like you're missing a part. Post your pics, that might help.
